We want you to love your Wildr Co. gear. If it’s not the perfect fit, we’ve got you covered.

• Free Returns & Exchanges — We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all items purchased directly from wildrco.com.

• Condition — Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Refunds — Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

• Exchanges — Need a different style or size? We’ll ship your exchange as soon as your return is on the way.

• Final Sale Items — Clearance, limited edition, and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• How to Start a Return — Visit our Returns Portal to start your return or exchange in just a few clicks.

• Flat Rate Shipping — $7.50 per hat.

• Processing Time — Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is verified.

• Delivery Time — Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on the shipper’s schedule.

• Tracking — Shipping confirmation + tracking emailed once your order leaves our facility.

• Multiple Items — Hats ship at $7.50 per piece. Apparel + accessories may ship separately.

• Shipping Area — U.S. only (international shipping coming soon).

• 95% of orders ship out within 1–2 business days.

• Overnight, 2-Day, and Priority orders are shipped before standard orders.

• No weekend or holiday shipping. Orders placed during those times ship the next business day.

• Cut-off for same-day priority shipping is 10am EST. Orders placed after this time ship the following business day.
